Sales and Service

Our sales and service team along with our factory certified installation technicians are on call to take care of any service work in the field.

We provide on-site analysis of issues and quick and accurate pricing to rectify any issues present. Our sales and service team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, providing field visits and analyses for potential projects at no cost.

Project Management

We offer full-service project management on all projects, regardless of size or scope. We treat each project with the same dedication, attention to detail, and priority.

Each project is run with a single contact and project manager and is full-service from start to finish: detailing, procurement, delivery, billing, and close-out.

Field Survey

We are happy to visit a project site to survey the existing conditions, inventory existing materials, field measure, and consult on potential scenarios for supply and installation of materials.

We are able to offer factory certified installation on all projects, regardless of size or scope.

All of our technicians are Factory Certified.

Our installers are available to modify existing openings in the field and are certified to install all standard doors, frames, and hardware. COMDOR is certified to install specialty openings and hardware such as:

• Sound Transmission Class (STC)

• Automatic Operators (Openers)

• Touch Free Operation (Wave Actuators)

• Electrified Hardware

• Radio Frequency Shielding (RF)

• Bullet and Blast Resistance

Certification

We are Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC)® Chain of Custody certified for projects that require this certification.

COMDOR supplies products to help customers achieve any LEED Certification.

We provide professional consultations on doors, frames, and hardware at no cost to our customers. We will assist with consultations to suite your needs by phone, email, or in person.
